The Unassuming and Never Presumptuous Corgi
An extra heaping spoon of kibble.
An extra game or two of ball.
Big giant kisses and mid-air hugs (even though he doesn’t care for being picked up).
Extra grooming time and unlimited tummy rubs.
Do you think he knows:
- It’s his birthday,
- he’s another year older,
- that I love him to pieces, and
- every time he looks in my eyes I feel blessed that he’s part of our lives?
Absolutely not. He’s unassuming and never presumptuous.
